The department may issue one club license to any club as defined in this article.

Notes

Allows the department to issue one club license to any club that qualifies under the article’s definition. The authorization is limited to a single club license for each qualifying club and states no second-license exception, issuance deadline, fee, minimum membership, duration requirement, or additional condition beyond meeting the article’s definition.
