A right of reëntry, or of repossession for breach of condition subsequent, can be transferred.
Notes
Allows a right of reentry or repossession arising from breach of a condition subsequent to be transferred. The transferability rule applies to the right itself, permitting the holder to convey the right to retake possession when the stated condition subsequent has been breached.
