A thing, when offered by way of performance, must not be mixed with other things from which it cannot be separated immediately and without difficulty.

Notes

Requires an item offered as performance to remain separable immediately and without difficulty from any other things with which it is mixed. A tender fails this requirement when the offered thing is combined with other property in a way that prevents prompt, easy separation.
