California Codes, Civil Code - CIV, Division 3 — Obligations, Part 4 — Obligations Arising from Particular Transactions, Title 19.1 — Mortgage Forbearance Act, Section 3273.30

The provisions of this title are severable. If any provision of this title or its application is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.

Notes

Establishes severability for the title, so invalidity of one provision or application does not affect other provisions or applications that can operate without the invalid part. The rule preserves every portion or application capable of being given effect independently of what has been held invalid.
