No seller shall make or authorize the making of any reference to its compliance with this title.
Notes
Prohibits a seller from making any reference to its compliance with the title and also prohibits the seller from authorizing another person to make such a reference. Bars both direct and authorized references to title compliance, whether the reference is made by the seller itself or by another person acting with the seller’s authorization.
