On stipulation of the parties litigant the court may order a cause to be tried by a temporary judge who is a member of the State Bar, sworn and empowered to act until final determination of the cause.

Allows a court, when all litigating parties stipulate, to order a case tried by a temporary judge who is a State Bar member. Requires the temporary judge to be sworn and authorizes that person to act through the case’s final determination.
