The good will of a business does not include a right to use the name of any person from whom the business was acquired.

Notes

Limits the goodwill of a business by excluding the right to use the name of the person from whom the business was acquired. The goodwill acquired with a business does not include that person's name-use right, so that right is outside the goodwill described by this provision.
